The construction workers left my stove in the patio for over a month

Customer Service was patient, thorough, and friendly. We ordered new Elements, mine rusted. New, more sturdy GE Burner Bowls than local stores. A new rod support. My stove cooks faster, cleaner, and I was informed what my drawer was for. I wanted a new stove to go with my new dishwasher that was only one of my multiple leaks, causing flooding that required a kitchen remodel and then some. I feel proud that I spruced this baby up. I am 58, if I can do it so can you. America, let's follow other Countries lead and repair perfectly good appliances.

Drip plates and one large burner was distorted?

Ordered new drip plates, well different from the original. I got the black combined drip plates and wasn't sure if they would fit, but they did perfectly and the replacement burner also fit in well. Very happy with the replacements. Now I don't have to buy a new stove.

The oven door falls to the floor when opened it lands with a bang the plastic wheels that hold the metal hinges are missing pieces and refuse to turn causing the hinge to go off track and fail

I have not had a chance to repair the hinges yet. I had tried to find these pieces locally in Washington DC area and could not find them. I'm glad there were available here. Arrived in a short time and they are the exact parts I needed. Since I was placing an order for the hinges I looked at other parts available. The Burner Bowls were available at a good price. The old ones could no longer be cleaned and had hard, thick deposits on the surface that looked like burned food. Now the stove top looks like I have cleaned it. The new bowls have an indentation that fits tightly and keeps the Bowls in place. Much better!
