How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP6986462 / WD28X25960 Lower Rack Assembly

Ordered the lower basket, new wheels, and silverware basket. When it arrived we were blown away in the quality of the new materials in particular the wheels. The wheels are unbelievably better quality and roll so much better. We should have ordered these parts a long time vs the frustration of having to put the old wheels back on every day. Already ordered the upper basket because of the high quality. 

Replaced it. 

I went to the "OFFICIAL" GE Website. After 35 days and no order received, order cancelled by the company and then only with a phone call and holding for more than hour did I find out the part was on backorder until June! I cancelled my order and found Appliance Parts Pros! In less than a week, I have my new dishwasher rack and it Cost LESS! It slid right in and was a perfect fit! The color was brown instead of the white that was originally on the rack BUT WHO CARES! Thank you APPLIANCE PARTS PROS for your fast service! 

Replaced with new one.

Replaced with rack from your company, much improved product from OEM. Wife loves the quality and how it is a great product 

Purchased a new lower rack with redesigned wheels. It arrived in 2 days! The lower rack fits perfectly and works. 

Ordered parts and installed ourselves. 

Saw on this web site I could order a whole new one.... it came in two days was a perfect fit and actually better build than the original..... very satisfied!! 

Ordered a replacement rack and it fit perfectly
