Contacted AppliancePros.com, after checking on prices at local appliance parts store. Found them on the internet. Called and was impressed that the price was about $8 less than local supplier. Ashlee, your customer service person was great - patient, helpful, friendly. Order was taken - arrived in a few days. Knob works fine. [Problem with survey, however. It won't let me submit saying "Other" on tools used, so I checked another box -- although I DID NOT USE ANY OTHER "TOOL" BUT MY HANDS.]
