How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP3883155 / WB02X11169 Grate Foot

Ge told me to replace the entire range. Bought the piece here, dissassemble the range, changed the part up and running again. 

I checked the transformer and did not get outlet voltage. The big problem was to release the cooktop cover. The central jet holder broke and was almost impossible to release the cover. In the process was necessary to damage the main tube, the long range nut with chamfer, and the nut. After that I ordered all the pieces to IPS parts because there were 30% cheaper than partspro. IPS people keep saying to me after a lot of arguments that the order will be delivered the next week. After one and a half month I asked for a full refund and cancelled the order. They accept. Immediately I ordered all the parts to parts pro and they delivered all same day!!!. I replaced the transformer and assembled all the damaged parts. Now, everything is working well. 

I went on -line and google the parts and found Appliances Parts pros and order it from your website. 

I gouged the old one with the broken tip, filled the hole with silicone and pushed it in. It took seconds. 

Found the model number on your website Your company was very fair on pricing and very fast shipping. Would use you again! 

The size wasn't exact, but I used some silicone in both and dropped the new feet into the grate and so far has worked. I must have given you the wrong part number for the type of gas stove top I had.

Replaced all 12. Had to remove insert pieces from 2 legs with a metal pic. 

Replaced the worn out parts 

Purchased a new igniter switch and it was a quick and easy swap. Rubber feet easy as well. The spring replacement took a little time (other posts spoke of similar issue). I cut then filed a notch into the middle of a flat blade screw driver. I hooked the spring to the arm hinge of the door. Slipped the other end of the spring on the notch and was then able to extend it toward the vertical post that held it in place
