Good customer service. 15 minute max. replacement, just remove small torx head screw at bottom of handle, and carefully pull trim piece out at bottom and upwards to remove it. Remove two torx head screws retaining plastic handle. (Don't drop small metal clip on bottom of plastic handle, this clip is for the trim screw).
