Richard W Washington , MI December 09, 2022 Appliance: General Electric Dishwasher PDW8680J01SS Dishwasher spray arm fell from hub lodging on heater. I ordered a spray arm repair kit, thinking it would be a snap to replace. In the process of assembling the arm, which consisted of the arm, hub, washer, and self-tapping screw. In the process of securing/running the screw into the hub, the hub cracked after just two revolutions. Now what, do I contact the manufacturer or AppliancePartsPros.com for help. I saw on APP's website, for warranty issues, reach out to them. Well, what the heck I gave them a call, and to my surprise APP handed everything and sent out a replacement the next day. They told me to hold on to the defective part in case the manufacturer wants it and in case they do, APP would send me a prepaid mailer. Can't thank them enough. Read More...
