How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP3995201 / WH01X10313 Control Knob

5 months ago it needed a new knob - I called a repair service (of course, I didn't know what the problem was) - the appliance was only 14 months old (no warranty) - they charged me $174. This time I knew the problem - I phoned you - and was helped by a lovely woman - it cost me like $10 - and I stuck the new knob in place and it works. A big thank you.
