How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP7243844 / WD28X34744 Lower Rack (Dishrack Assembly)

I purchased a replacement from ApppliancePartsPros.com It was exactly what I needed and the customer representative I spoke to was very helpful. Ordered new bottom rack and rolled it in 

Replaced both racks 

Replaced the parts, which arrived only 3 days after I ordered them! It now works like new. 

I just took out the bottom rack and installed it. The top rack I had to remove the jet arm and install on under side of top rack. 

Replaced complete assembly with replacement (including wheels) purchased from AppliancePartsPros.com 

UN BOXED IT PUT IT IN WASHER TOOK 5 MINUTES 

Entered the model number into AppliancePartsPros.com, ordered replacement. Threw old one out. Threw new one in. 

Purchased top and bottom racks. Watched the video on your site and our only problem was taking off the end cap. It did not come off so we just slid it over that piece. 

Replaced lower dish washer rack.
