How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP7175678 / WR71X38328 Middle Pan Assembly

I ordered the parts on Thursday and received them on Friday, it was a quick and easy repair 

Ordered new parts and installed them within 10 minutes. 

Order new replacement parts. 

It was dark and stormy night ....my wife reached for the fruit drawer to get an apple. To the horror of us both the drawer was stuck (cuz it was broke). We knew our only hope was to pry it open with a butter knife. Finally after minutes of exhausting tugging, bending, yanking....it popped open but now it wouldn't close. By this time the door alarm was beeping vociforously...neither one of us wanted the apple anymore....we just had to stop that beeping. Then my wife said:"let's just order a new fridge.....I said No!!...we can just order the drawer. Thankfully the drawer came in only one day and finally we could shutt our fridge. 

Brought a replacement 

I was able to go on your website, easily identify the parts needed and when the order arrived - THE NEXT DAY - I was able to install them in less than 30 minutes (I took time to clean while I was already in the mode). I have ordered before and was just as pleased. Now I just need to decide, do I order parts for the older refrigerator in the basement? 

Ordered new one. But the story is not that, It's the OUTSTANDING JOB Steven Kinney did for me. The part ordered was a re-engineered part and it didn't have a place to screw the wheel. He promised me in the chat that he would put a research request with General Electric (my fridge manufacturer). A week later, he emailed me with their reply and confirmed the redesign. He followed up and kept his promise. A man's word is his bond. Kudos to Mr. Steven Kinney. That's what great customer service is all about. He took ownership of the issue and saw it thru completion. Thank you very much. I've saved your link and will come back to you for all my appliance parts needs. I'm already recommending you to my friends and family. Thank you again.
