Ordered new versions of both racks. "Installing" the bottom one was a piece of cake: roll it out, roll it in. The top one was a bit more challenging but the video helped. One thing that would make the video much more helpful would be to explain exactly where on the rack to re-attach the spray arm parts (lined up with the center wheels) and how they should be oriented (the water tube should run parallel with the wheeled sides). This may seem like a "duh," but once I followed the direx to remove the spray arm parts I forgot exactly how they were lined up with the rack, and the video doesn't help with this at all. Also, when snapping small plastic latches on & off, the guy's gloves sometimes obscure what you're supposed to be doing. Still, I hugely appreciate these videos!
One last note: new racks have fewer, and different, prongs and shapes to support dishes. It's gonna take me a while to figure out how I can pack my dw as full as I used to.
