How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP2031328 / WB48X5099 Oven Rack

Bought new rack from you. Matched exact part needed for the older GE stove that we have. 

Ordered new one 

Ordered new racks. Super easy to order correct ones. 

I simply needed to replace the oven racks and heating element. 

Removed the oven bake element that was bad and installed the replacement element. and in the other oven slid the new rack into place. Replacement parts were exactly as shown on the website. The cross reference to the stoves model # was exactly right. It was nice getting the correct parts on the first try and receipt of the order was very fast. 

Repair was 5 minutes. clip old ends off oven, install new end and attach. 

I watched the video. The only difference I did not have thetype of screw in the old assembly as described. It was a flat face. Found the correct tools and the rest went quickly. 

Ordered parts, replaced oven racks.
