How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP7186348 / WR71X38291 Shelf Door Module

Customer service was excellent and product was delivered the next day. 

Ordered a drawer from a competitor, it came in damaged. I was under the gun, needed them in 3 days. Appliancepartpros not only had both in stock, but got them to me in 2 days without expediting shipping. And they weren’t damaged! I will use them regularly for my work. 

Replaced it 

Replaced the bins! They fit perfectly. 

New spring Had trouble getting old spring pc out. drilled a small hole from bottom and pushed pc out with small paper clip. Worked good. 

Ordered from appliance parts pros. GE was out of stock. 

Easily ordered correct part from ApplianceParts and popped the new one in. Arrived really fast. 

Purchased a new door shelf. 

Ordered the new parts on Thursday and they were delivered Saturday. 

Perfect fit and popped right in.
