How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP6978678 / WR72X31124 Snack Pan Rail

Bought the snack tray from Appliancepartspro.com and it was delivered immediately in one day. Installed the part which was perfect. Never been happier. 

The quoted delivery time took longer than quoted. Once received, installed the replacement rail. 

Was very easy to repair with new runner! 

Looked online for the part, first with GE but then when I looked again Appliance Parts Pros came up so I checked them out. They had the part for less than GE and quicker and cheaper shipping. The part came within 2 days and was very easy to change out with old part, hardest part was taking everything off that tray to get it out to replace the part. 

Purchased new one and replaced. I'm an arthritic 78-year old and it was very quick and easy. The longest part was emptying the top shelf so I could remove it and install the replacement. The delivery was incredibly fast, taking just under 24 hours from order to receipt, using normal means. Outstanding! 

Replaced drawer slide 

Replaced with new rail. Easy fix. Just remove the shelf,side broken rail off install new one
