I emailed information and photos to customer service on that Sunday and had a replacement on Tuesday. Unbeatable service. Did the repair on Friday. Unloading reefer, pulling and rebuilding the two tiered assembly and restocking took less than thirty minutes and with only a Phillips head screwdriver.
