John S Seattle , WA November 25, 2014 Needed a kick plate for our dishwasher Called appliance parts pros to get the part. They sent it immediately. The color (grey) did not match the dishwasher. I talked with Appliance Parts Pros and they said they had another one in black. I asked how to send back the grey one. They said not to send it. Just keep it and I would be refunded the cost of it. My refund came before I quit talking to Appliance Parts Pros. The new part arrived soon after and fit perfectly and it cost less than the grey kick plate.
