This is the second dryer with this problem. The drum rotates in a track and is supported by four Drum Support Rollers. The bearing is dry, begins to rust and then it squeaks loudly. Eventually it will seize or wear through, begin to make a bumping sound and then fail. Yep, been there. Got the parts at APP both times. Followed the video supplied by APP for both machines. Wear mechanics gloves around sheet metal and use a Phillips (cross) screwdriver and a magnetic cup to catch all the little sheet metal screws. Done inside an hour both times. Squeak gone.
