Because the Fan Motor on the Fridge side was not working originally, the Evaporator coil would freeze up AND the water dispenser would freeze up as well.
Based on what I found on the internet, I ordered the Temperature Sensor and Thermal Fuse first with AppliancePartsPros.com and replaced them. Even after that, it was the same symptom with the fridge temperature.
Had a technician come in to diagnose that the problem is with the Motor Fan. Replaced the Motor on the Fridge side(DA31 00002S) and the Fan Blade, just in case. Within a couple of hours, the temperature steadily dropped from 64 down to 36 degrees, which is what we set it to and has stayed the same since.
