How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP4138351 / DA31-00016A Refrigerator Fan Blade

Replaced evaporator fan motor, fan blade and Temp sensor. Working perfectly now!!! Wanted to replace thermal fuse too but much more difficult to access. Have some 3/4 in gray foam weather striping tape available in case you need to replace some of it. 

Because the Fan Motor on the Fridge side was not working originally, the Evaporator coil would freeze up AND the water dispenser would freeze up as well. Based on what I found on the internet, I ordered the Temperature Sensor and Thermal Fuse first with AppliancePartsPros.com and replaced them. Even after that, it was the same symptom with the fridge temperature. Had a technician come in to diagnose that the problem is with the Motor Fan. Replaced the Motor on the Fridge side(DA31 00002S) and the Fan Blade, just in case. Within a couple of hours, the temperature steadily dropped from 64 down to 36 degrees, which is what we set it to and has stayed the same since.
