How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP6241329 / DA63-08646A Refrigerator Door Guard Bin

I ordered 2 new door bins and they both arrived broken. I sent pictures of the broken bins that were not handled very carefully by the shipper. 2 days later, 2 new bins arrived, no questions asked. I installed them and they fit perfectly. Best customer service I've seen in a long time. 

Ordered a new door bin and installed it myself. Slid in easily. 

I ordered a replacement 27-inch door shelf. When the replacement arrived I opened the box. I washed the replacement shelf. Dried it and placed it on door brackets. Problem solved!!!! Thank you. Richard K. 

Easy! I had my wife do it. She removed the old shelf guard and replaced it with the new one. 

Order and replace Door freezer and fresh food shelf bins. 

Ordered new ones. 

Ordered a new one and replaced it.
