How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP4567198 / DA97-06419C Refrigerator Door Bin Assembly Guard

So glad for the opportunity to leave a review of Appliancepartspros.com. I was ordering online but couldn't quite find the right part. Called for more info and the gal that helped me knew exactly what I need! Shopped the internet and found out Appliancepartspro had the best price. I ordered the part and it came within a couple of days! Where the age of service is gone I found a company that should take pride in great customer service! Pam R. 

Appliance part pros to the rescue. We had a broken door bin in fridge. I was able to find several places to purchase but they had best website description of part giving me more confidence in purchase. After ordering online, received notification of shipping within hours and it arrived at my door in 2 days. I will use this company again. 

I took the picture of the model and serial number... Went to the computer and looked up exactly the broken bin. I had ordered from appliance pro prior and the service was excellent. I ordered the exact part, paid online… It was delivered in 36 hours. I remove the old one and popped in the new one… Like brand-new. 

I ordered another one from Appliance PartsPros.com. I ordered at 6pm and received it 20 hours later! I couldn't believe it! And I paid regular shipping! 

Ordered replacement shelf. Slid it in. 

Lifted it out and put in the new one 

Ordered the new part, took off the old one, put in the new one. 

Called Appliance Part Pro based on the refrigerator model number they helped me place the order for the replacement. New tray came in, popped broken shelf out and slid in new shelf.
