How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP4567198 / DA97-06419C Refrigerator Door Bin Assembly Guard

Just replaced broken door bin. 

Bought replacement tray. It turned out to be the wrong one. The difference was so slight that it wasn't obvious, but the tray fell out and broke a few days later. I let appliance pros know and they stepped up and sent me the right one and refunded me for the original one.. I appreciated their fairness. 

It broke once before and I glued it back together, but this time it was beyond repair and i knew i needed to buy a new one. It was very easy to find on your website with the fridge model #, and ordering was a positive experience. The shelf arrived fast and we just put it in in 2 seconds!! Thanks so much!

Ordered a new one. Third one on this refrigerator. Anything made now is cheap plastic crap. I miss the old refrigerators with the wire shelves. They held up better.
