John H San Antonio , TX June 20, 2020 Appliance: Samsung Washer WF448AAE/XAA Upper nozzle had a pinhole leak caused by excessive heat. Changed the three nozzle parts ( gasket had to be transferred since it is unavailable) No more leaks but steam function didn't work. Found steam nozzle mounted in the door seal and the tubing connecting it to the heater element was completely plugged up. Everything else was clean. Now steam works great. I removed the damaged piece with the wrench and attached the new piece with the old clamps. No more leak!
