I lived for almost three years without a working convection function on my Samsung range... mainly because a repair visit was hideously expensive. I tried to get the parts to repair it myself, and my local parts places estimated 3 to 4 weeks to get the parts for me if they could get them at all. Then when one of the burners began to only operate on high temperature, I was faced with getting a new range. One last internet search led me to Appliance Parts Pros.
