How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP4580043 / DE34-00304H Microwave Membrane Switch

We replaced the switch membrane or Keypad. Between my husband and I working together, we were easily able to watch a You Tube video and complete the repair. The only tricky part was making sure to stick it down in the exact spot. We having a working microwave again!!!! 

Changed the switch membrane and that worked so far. Messed up the thin stainless on the outside should have ordered that part too 

I ordered the Touchpad/Membrane switch. 

I replaced the touch-pad on the front of the microwave. Everything worked swimmingly. 

Did a bit of research online and learned the display is a common malfunction. One of the techs mentioned appliancepartspros.com carried the part.
