Replaced the hinges and hinge mount brackets included in this kit. Parts diagram included screw locations, I watched 2-3 youtube videos on the replacement as well.
I took the unit apart more than I needed to. But taking the opportunity to clean a lot of grease out of the insides of the door and other bits. This is likely a < 30-minute repair if you know what you're doing and just replace the hinges.
My specific unit is ~15y old, but it's nicer than a base model and the stovetop works great, so $130 in parts to repair vs. $1100+ for a comparable new oven was a no-brainer.
The included brackets include self-threading screws, which need some elbow grease to get started and screwed in properly; threw me a bit at. first.
At first, I didn't think I'd need to replace the hinge brackets, but once I had a chance to look at the new ones vs. the old ones it became clear that there must be some kind of movement or strain on the brackets, because there was definitely wear and deformation in the old brackets.
