I researched the issue and narrowed it down to a faulty ignitor. I ordered a new ignitor based on model number of oven as well as two new screws as the ones holding the existing ignitor were malformed due, I believe, to heat. I ultimately had to use a hacksaw to remove the misshapen ends of each screw in order to remove the faulty ignitor. Once those were out, I simply removed the old ignitor and replaced it with the new one. Fortunately, there was no need to do any wire stripping as the connector on the new ignitor was an exact match to the existing.
