How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP5956100 / W10712394 Dishwasher Upper Rack Adjuster Kit

Ordered a new adjuster set, and watched the video on the website. 

We ordered the repair parts, 2 adjustable supports with rollers. With our son's help we installed the parts with the help of your video. 

Bought adjuster assembly that has the wheels on one of the parts and installed the whole assembly. 

Watched the installation video and replaced the adjusters with the replacement kit. Was very quick and easy. 

Their instructional video was very helpful. 

Got the repair kit for the adjuster. It did not look the same. OEM was plastic. Replaced one already. This repair kit with metal wheel assembly seems much better. Did the repair in about an hour. 

Adjuster kit supplied everything needed to correct problem. Took less than a hour to repair. Used a video to help. 

1st - The part arrived less than 24 hours after I ordered it the repair was super simple replaced both adjusters , just watched the video and everything snapped into place. works better than the original. 

Ordered the OEM replacement of the upper rack height adjuster for our Kitchenaid dishwasher from AppliancePartsPros. The installation video was outstanding for the new parts. I just had to realize the removal of the old part was different from the video... however... it was not a biggy. Total job was less than 30 minutes from start to finish. The costs of my parts and shipping was around $55.00. The appliance repairman quoted my wife $257.00 plus tax. 

I was able to follow instructions and you tube to easily put on new side adjusters.
