My washing machine would hardly turn/agitate during the wash cycle. After watching a couple 10-minute videos, I determined the agitator dogs were properly worn out and needed replacement. I removed the top agitator, cleaned the parts and replaced the agitator dogs with the new ones purchased from appliancepartspros.com. I cleaned the entire agitator-- it was pretty dirty-- and re-installed the parts. The washing machine works like new. Easy repair.
