How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6014373 / WP99001576 Silverware Basket

I immediately ordered a new basket from AppliancePartsPros.com, and it was a perfect replacement. 

Just a silverware basket. 

Ordered new upper shelf and silverware tray. Installed new parts with no problems. 

Ordered a new top rack and silverware rack. Ordered on Wednesday and it was on our porch by Thursday afternoon! We couldn't be happier with your service. Thank you so much! 

My son called in and the representative gave him the exact product number to order, and I did. 

I finally ordered the top rack and the basket after saying I was going to do so for over a year. I ended up going on Youtube to watch a video about how to get the end caps off the rack slides. Once I did , it was easy to replace the rack. I wish I had stopped buying wine for a month and saved the money and done this sooner. 

Simple replacement part. 

My fix was no big thing, just drop it in. What impressed me is how quickly I got it after ordering it, THE NEXT DAY!!! I thought Amazon was fast!!! 

II bought a new silverware basket which fit perfectly. The website told me which handle to order with this basket. I didn't have any difficulty putting the handle on the basket. 

Ordered new one which arrived in super fast time. Was able to remove old handle placed it on new basket, popped it in, works great. Exact replacement.
