How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6016814 / WPW10196405 Range Drip Pan Or Bowl

I watched your video on how to install an INFINITY SWITCH on the back of the stove. As a former teacher, I have to say that video man was a superb instructor! The video made all the difference for encouraging me to buy the part from you and attempt the installation myself. I am an 81 yearold granny, and I did it in 20 minutes!. I was able to pull out the stove, remove the back,unplug the old switch and put in the new one. The only thing NOT covered in the video was having to shorten the central stem piece. The part came in 24 hours, and the burner is now working perfectly again. My husband couldn't believe it, but I told him he could take me out to a VERY nice dinner with the $140 we saved on a house call from the local appliance store. I am doing lots of Serena Williams' fist pumping! (TRUE confession: I first repaired the wrong switch!!! So, I had to re-do that, and then do the faulty one. That all took me another 20 minutes as I got faster. I am a veteran radiant switch repairer now.) 

Replaced drip pans 

Replaced them with new ones. I even replaced the drip pans. 

Ordered new ones. 

These OEM replacements made all of the heating elements fit perfectly on the stove again instead of having them off center and angled so you couldn't even cook on it. 

Bought new ones from your company 

Watched your video on replacing the bake element and it was much easier than I thought it would have been. I also replaced the burner drip pans. Only hard part was taking out the bake element screws because of being rusted and slightly stripped. Oven works great again. 

This was such a quick fix, I don't know why the previous owners did not make the repairs long ago. The pans that were installed were the wrong ones and did not fit, making the burners uneven and the stove top hard to use. These pans were a snap to replace; just unplug the burners, pull the old pans out, clean up the messy burn on spills under the old pans, put the new pans in, and plug the burners back in. Hardest part was cleaning the old stove. 

I found product online called spoke to a person who help me order the correct one for my stove top. I gave her the model number. ordered them. they came in the mail 3 days later. they fit perfect.
