How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6016814 / WPW10196405 Range Drip Pan Or Bowl

I am moving and I wanted to buy new burner pans because I spent a lot of time cleaning and I just wanted it all to look nice. Burner pans in the stores that fit always cost a lot of money so I was so happy I found these. So inexpensive and they fit perfect. I couldn't believe I got them the next day. Four pans and shipping was only a little bit more than one pan in the store. 

Pulled out the old drip pans and replaced them with the correct Whirlpool drip pans that I ordered from Appliance Parts. A very good company. Had them in 2 days.

The fix is done, took very little time. The old drip pans were showing some wear and had reached the point that they just needed to be replaced. Popped the burners out, discarded the old pans, cleaned the area around them really good, installed the new pans, reinstalled the burners and I have a stove looking fresh and new again!

I ordered the element which was broken, plus four new drip pans that were actually made for this model range. Replacing the drip pans was easy, and so was plugging in the new element. Presto! The range looks new and cooks great!
