How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6014920 / WPW10082853 Tine Row Pivot

At first I thought that the broken upper rack of my dishwasher would have to be replaced. While search the website, diagrams of the rack were found with individual pieces identified. To my surprise, I was able to purchase only the plastic pieces needed for my unit. This saved me over a hundred dollars. The repair parts arrived in 2 days. Putting the parts on took only a few minutes. The dishwasher rack now functions like new. 

The ones I ordered were a perfect match, and just snap in place. 

Replaced clips 

I identified the broken part on the diagram, ordered the part, and received it a couple of days later. Replacement was straightforward, just had to look at the other side to see how it fit. Thanks. 

Looked up part, ordered replacement and was sent very quickly. Reviewed instructions and replaced easily. Replacement adjuster pieces are better than the original parts in my 2 year old kitchen aid and no expensive repair costs. 

It didn't require a real fix. It was simply take out the old basket and drop in the new one. It took about 15 seconds. The new part was an exact replacement for the old one so it fit perfectly. 

The new clip snapped right on. 

Snapped it into place delivery of part was less than 24 hours which was impressive
