How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6014920 / WPW10082853 Tine Row Pivot

The ordered part was an exact match. I just had to snap it in. 

The replacement clips were ordered from AppliancePartsPros.com I reviewed the videos that showed how to install them Once they arrived it was an easy fix to stabilize the upper rack. 

It was a easy fix. Just looked at the intact clips and put new ones on. 

Since I was already taking the sump seal out, I decided to replace the two motors that looked nasty and was making noise too. The ease of ordering these parts with your site made this repair much faster including the repair videos you offer. Thank you for your help.

I googled my model number to find the broken part, which led me to your website. i was able to determine the part i needed, ordered it from your website and snapped into place once i got it. 

Snipped in 8 replacement parts made by manufacturer and sold by appliance parts pro. Perfect fit, easy repair. 

Ordered new parts and used Youtube to learn how to repair. 

Purchased TWO of them as this has happened in the past. This part requires minimal effort to repair, as no tools are required. Snapped into place, and the rack can easily adjust as needed. 

I used the diagrams on appliancepartspros.com to identify the part at the location of the leak, which turned out to be the diverter motor. I watched the video on the product page that describes that part. Based on the video it seemed like a repair that I could do myself, so I ordered the part. Several days later the part arrived and my son and I were able to perform the same steps described in the video and, voila, the leak is gone! My dishwasher is slightly different than the one in the video but close enough that the steps were pretty much the same. The repair took us about an hour, but saved me hundreds of dollars.
