The black handled bowl was shipped immediately, but the black handled Cover-bowl was on back-order. AppliancePartsPros.com stayed in touch via e-mail with updates about the availability of the cover-bowl. Before long, we decided to cancel the black handled cover-bowl and instead order the in-stock white handled bowl. AppliancePartsPros.com customer service was great and we had the cover in a matter of a couple of days.
