How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP5644252 / W10508993 Glass Crisper Cover

From the time I ordered the parts to the time they arrived on my doorstep, it was less than 24 hours (22 to be exact). I was very satisfied with the equipment. All parts were clean, new, and easy to install. 

Replaced shelf which includes the glass insert. Delivery time was unbelievably short considering this is the holiday times. Part had minimal packaging considering it came with a glass shelf. Fortunately there was no damage in shipment. Replacement shelf lacked the printed line design of the original. I reused my old shelf to match the other shelves. A shame the shelf and glass insert aren't sold separately. 

I just swapped it out with the new shelf/rail and glass and it looks fabulous and works perfectly :)

Did a futile search on the Whirlpool manufacturers website. Found the replacement slide frame included with a replacement glass insert, called "crisper cover" on your website for a reasonable price. Replacement was easy, involving only clearing off the shelf, removing the upper crisper drawer, lifting and disengaging the crisper cover from its plastic wall mounts, sliding the replacement into place and reloading the previous shelf contents and drawer. Almost takes longer to describe it than to do it. All went very well. Fit perfectly. 

Watched video to make sure it was right parts. Received in mail. Popped them right in. So happy ?? Hope to use your company again if needed. 

New glass rests on bracket. Online chat person was quick to give me the link to the correct part. The new part arrived next day. Very happy! 

Ordered new pieces and replaced the broken ones. No tools required.
