How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP3139103 / 4317933 Lower Rack Roller 4-Pack

Got these replacement parts and put them on in a very short time....it was easier to put on the new ones than to take off the old...but the whole repair took under 10minutes....very happy! 

Wasn't really broke other than lower rack rollers were down to two out of eight. Of all the online sights yours was the easiest to obtain parts at a very reasonable price and after 5 minutes was back in order. You saved a old and what seems to be a very reliable dishwasher so it was very appreciated that the parts were available thru you. Thanks 

Snap out the old rollers and snap in the new rollers. 

Snapped the parts purchased with out tools, works fine now. 

All new snap on rollers! Thanks! 

Put new set of wheels on. 

Replaced with new part 

Popped off old wheel brackets and popped on brackets sets from repair kit. Took less time than keying the on-line order. Works as well as, or better, than new 

Removed the existing wheel units. They snapped off but they were a little tight. Then I snapped on the new will units that I purchased from you. I want to say how pleased I was with the fast time the new wills arrived. When I placed the order they were shipped the same day and I got them the next day. 

I removed the broken roller bracket andreplaced it with a new one. I then replaced the remaining wheel brackets with new ones. This took me about 15 minutes. The lower rack now poerates like a new one.
