I wrote down the model and serial # of the unit. I went on line to Appliance Parts Pros, and entered the data. Up popped a schematic with the part clearly numbered. I looked up the number, and ordered the part. Although the standard shipping said it would take 2 days, FedEx delivered the part the following day!
I was able to unscrew the inside of the door, (took a special torx bit that I had to go to Ace Hardware to buy), then had to make another trip to Ace to get another special bit to remove the retaining clip for the dispenser. Take out the old dispenser, install the new one, attach the electronic harness, reinstall the door cover, and I was done. First time with this repair, but it was easy.
