Control board on whirlpool range was blown

Ordered the part, took the back off the range, unplugged the old one and plugged in the new one.

Appliance: Whirlpool Free Standing Gas Range SF378LEPS1

The control panel touchpad was not responding correctly when the time/temperature pad was used

I watched a video on youtube, then ordered the part. I disassembled the stove to remove the old control panel, installed the new one and then cooked a pizza to celebrate!

I had a power surge from a storm and had two probloems condensing fan on my refridgerator and the control moduel on my stove

The fix was easy thanks to MATT on your videos, the video repair portion of your site has given me the confidense to repair my Ice maker that has not worked for a couple years, I love your site and have recomended it to anyone who will listen, as soon as I save another $100 I will be placing anothe order to repair my Ice maker, GREAT!! Site! the video was pure magic, it is the one thing that has been missing in the DIY world of appliance repair, you guy's are Awesome! THANKS MATT :)
