How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6013808 / WP9709707 Mixer Foot

Ordered new feet & end cap from Appliance Parts Pro in a few days my order can to the house. Exact parts I ordered took about 5 mins. to replace feet & end cap. 

Replaced them 

Replaced the worn feet. 

Replaced the Speed Control Board. 

I purchased and replaced the feet on my 33-year-old Kitchen aid stand mixer. 

A helpful "how-to" video made the motor brush replacement incredibly easy! Saved alot of money by just doing it myself and only took five minutes! 

It went from repair to redo/customize quickly. As the mixer was old, but had sentimental value. I completely took apart the kitchen aid mixer. I took the case pieces to a powder coated for a new purple coating. As this was being done I decided to purchase new motor parts as the mixer is older and was at times struggling. I disassembled the mixer one year prior to powder coating. When it came time to assemble and ‘fix’ I really needed the videos on here to help guide me to make sure everything was put back in correctly for it to work like new. And I can say that is exactly how it works! 

Just pushed the new foot base on that I had ordered from your Co. 

Turned the mixer over and pushed the feet on. 

Fix was easy disasembled, removed old grease.....While disassembled I decided to repaint. Painted Audi silver and clear coat (automotive 2 part urethane) Re-greased and re-assmbled. The gasket is working and the new style feet make it stay where you put on counter.
