Jerry G Carmichael , CA August 13, 2016 Leaky dishwasher Replaced door gasket. It was super easy. Just make sure when taking out the old one you note the orientation of it so you get the correct side of the edge right. Also be sure and start at the top in the middle and make sure you have the gasket divided equally so you end up with the same amount of "extra" on the bottom. Patrick R Peachtree City , GA November 15, 2014 Appliance: KitchenAid Dishwasher KUDS25SHBS1 Leaking around dishwasher door previous repair missing parts I ordered new seals from AppliancePartsPros.com. Finding the right seals was very easy, all based on model number of the appliance. While looking my unit over for other signs of wear, I noticed that a repair done by the prior homeowner to the lower wash arm was done improperly: a seal there was set protruding from the cover, the cover was missing screws, and the arm was missing the upper bushing. So I ordered a new seal, the missing screws, and both the top and bottom bushings (just to be safe). Parts arrived THE NEXT DAY. Superb! Repaired everything in about 15 minutes. Everything fit perfectly. No more leak. Read More... 1 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes Tools: Screwdrivers

George P Tualatin , OR February 01, 2020 Appliance: Kenmore Dishwasher 66515979990 Leaking below the door. Replaced door Gasket and Lower Door seal. It was a challenge to get the door off. Also trying to replace those little cups on both sides of the dishwasher was a real challenge. Had a heck of a time removing just one and replacing. I opted to put the original back because they where fine. The dishwasher is still leaking near the lower right hand side. Not much leaking like before, so I'm not quite sure what is going on. John B Eden Prairie , MN February 11, 2017 Appliance: KitchenAid Dishwasher KUDS25SHWH0 Door gasket was wearing out Repair was super-easy; took about 10 minutes. No tools needed. Just pull out the old one and put the new one in the slot. I pulled out the old gasket halfway and started the new gasket to make sure I had everything straight. I ran a load of dishes and there were no leaks. The door now is difficult to latch because of the new gasket. I will give it a few days for the gasket to seat completely before I start to mess around with the latch. Read More... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes
