Received the two needed parts and in one minute all was corrected. My first time I ordered the parts there was some miscommunication. I needed to return the first shipment because it did not fit. When I called customer service about sending the part back the charge was going to be $15 dollars (ups) vs $50 other carrier. When I simply mentioned that if the sales rep online asked the make of my refrigerator - this would have been avoided. Customer service said immediately that he would send me a FREE shipping return label!! NOW THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Thank you sooooo much!!!
