How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6010536 / WP67006878 Crisper Shelf Glass

Looked up part online using Appliance Parts schematics. Ordered new crisper glass. Received it within two days! Simply placed it on top of cabinets and was good to go. 

Ordered crisper glass from the very easy to navigate site arrived 2 days later in one piece, what more can I ask for 

The representative that helped me went out of her way to find a shelf that would approximately fit my refrigerator we found one is close in size as we could I placed my order it was delivered within four days and it fits almost perfect . I replaced the glass. It arrived in a very well packaged box. The glass is fragile and fairly thin but the double boxing got it to my house in one piece.
