Put the new glass in. The glass came super fast - ordered Tuesday night and it arrived on Thursday. The whole repair took approximately 1 hour and I took my time. Probably could have done it in 45 minutes. A pretty easy repair. Just keep in mind that the glass mounts for the inner panes of glass on the door are not symmetric - take a photo of them before disassembling them.
