How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP4330469 / W10185266 Grate Pad

I got online and with the help if your online chat specialist was able to order the correct replacement parts. 

Replace all 6 covers. 

Replaced rubber feet 

I put a little fire resistant adhesive on the rubber feet and inserted each in the grate. 

I ordered the Grate Kit from appliancepartspros and it was $40 cheaper than any other website that I could find my needed parts. Quick shipment and appliancepartspros was always there to aid me. The stove is now repaired! 

It took a while to find the correct pads for my appliance. For some reason whirlpool doesn’t offer any information for this range online. However, thanks to all the great comments and feedback on AppliancePartsPros.com, I was able to narrow down the part number to the pads I ordered. These fit better than the couple that were still on my range. They fit nice and snug so I’m fairly confident they won’t be falling out like the previous ones did. Plus I used the recommended adhesive when I installed them. 

Originally was going to order on line. But I wasn't sure about the pad even though it said the part was compatible with my stove, I decided to call to make sure. So thankful I did because it wouldn't have been the right pads. The lady that helped me was very helpful and patient. She looked up my cook top and found the correct information. I wish I had written her name down, so that I could mention her in this write up. 

Glued them in. Easy. 

With your replacement pads. 

I removed the old ones,cleaned the holes where they go and used the adhesive on the pads and holes.All this took maybe 12 minutes.Beats buying the whole grate just because the pads were worn.Buying these was also easy.Thank you for your speedy delivery.Will do it again if needed..
