Simply remove 2 screws, remove the old broken one, install the new one and replace the 2 screws. While I had the grill cover off I also replaced the charcoal filter located behind the grill cover, it simply slides out to replace. Entire time was 10 minutes, including the time to get the small stool out to stand on.
I would also like to compliment your service and website. It was easy to look up my exact model microwave and then find everything I wanted, and the prices are the lowest of all the many places I checked, by a good amount.
Also the quick turnaround was amazing, I order online Thursday afternoon and received it at my post office on Friday, with a very fair standard shipping fee. I will use this company again when needed.
