How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP5331849 / W10450187 Vent Grille

Replaced vent. 

Got OEM part from your company, at less than half the cost local dealer gave me....put on myself with the included instructions and saved the service fee. Got the ordered parts in two days....Highly recommend your company. 

Fortunately, I had to repair the original about two years ago. So, all I had to do was pull that order from my files and re-order. The replacement came quickly. In the replacement package is a metal bracket and instruction sheet, but I installed the new vent without having to use the bracket or suggested phillips head screwdriver. I certainly hope I did it correctly! Thanks for your service.

OMG this was the best experience ever!! Thank you so much!! As all the other reviews for microwave covers say all I had to do was follow the included instructions- unscrew the right screw put in the little latch, screw back on and attach the assy. It took all of 2mins and I spent 1 full minute looking for the screwdriver ???? I also got brand new charcoal grease filters and silver filters and I gotta tell you after cleaning it all out with simply green I feel like I have a brand new appliance! Thanks so much for the lightning-fast shipping too!! It took all of 24hrs to arrive!! Amazing!! 

I ordered a new vent cover from appliancepartspros.com. It arrived the next day and fits perfectly. It looks great! 

I had ordered from AppliancePartsPros before for this same item years ago. The item broke due to human error. The grill was used for a handhold to step down off a step stool and that made the grill pop forward and broke one of the clips. I was glad to see on the new grille there is an addition to the install that I've not had before and I can see how the new 'clip' will help prevent what has happened in the past.
