I needed to replace the plastic grill-vent, but had some questions about the part I needed so I was hesitant to place the order online until I was sure. I called the 800 number, spoke to a very helpful and friendly lady named Sally. She confirmed for me that I had the correct part number, that it included the required mounting clips, then she placed my order and arranged to send the part directly to our Realtor, since we were in process of listing the house it for sale. I was shocked to see that he got it the very next day! He was able to easily install it and our property was listed without any parts "missing" from our appliances!
