How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP5999492 / W10861519 Deli Drawer Shelf Frame

Replaced the part by ordering a duplicate from AppliancePartsPros.com. 

Ordered a new one and installed. 

Soooooo easy! Took the food and shelf out. Slid the broken track out, then replaced with new. I spent more time taking the food out than replacing the track, lol. 

Ordered replacement parts. 

Part arrived quickly. Removed all the food from the top shelf. Lifted glass shelf out of fridge (gave it a good cleaning while out!). Slid the old part out of the grooves and slid the new part on. Pay attention to the way you remove the part and make sure you put the new part back in the same. It would be easy to get this piece on backwards!! Replace the shelf back in fridge with the slots of the part piece ready to receive the drawer. Would not be fun to reload all the food on the shelf and find out the drawer won’t go on because the shelf is backwards. VERY easy fix!! 

Looked on part for part #. looked up in google search. Found Appliance Parts Pros. Good, they had pictures also to match my part. Reasonable prices and shipped fast 

Replaced with new deli drawer holder. Fit was perfect. 

The part was shipped and was just what I needed. Very pleased with the customer service and response from Appliance Parts Pro. 

I'll start out with - I am 65 and not the smartest technical person. So, I contacted the 800 number while I looked online. I identified the part and the customer service rep confirmed. I wanted to Pay with my Pay Pal account so I had to order online .... it was really quite easy. I paid for "quicker" shipping which was an extra $3.00 - had no idea it would be here in 2 days! Great experience - I will use this site again. 

It took longer to clean off the shelf than it took to replace the part.
