Using a standard screwdriver, I pushed the clips at the front of the washer to unlock it from the whole base. I lifted that whole lid up and saw that the flume hose had a hole in it from rubbing against the drum. I didn't know what the parts were but I got them from the diagram and ordered them. Pinched off the hose clamps, pulled off the flume hose, unscrewed the old flume assembly, screwed the new one on in place, slipped the hose clamps over the new flume hose, attached the new flume hose, then clamped the hose in place. Works perfectly.
