After a small grease fire, the Knobs and Infinite Control Switch were damaged. At first I ordered the wrong knobs, and when I had to call back to add the ICS to the order, I was greeted by the greatest Customer Service Rep. She not only cancelled my original order, she checked to make sure I had the correct parts before she resubmitted the complete order. I received my parts the next day. After watching the VERY HELPFUL video manuals, we were able to complete the repairs in a matter of minutes.
