How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP4298467 / W10134647 Lower Dishrack

I didn't, my wife did the job. 

Replaced it with new dishrack but the difficult part was attaching the rollers. 

New rack ordered from appliance parts pro’s was as advertised! 

First, I watch the videos (GREAT feature)... then followed instructions. easy assembly, easy fix. My husband was impressed that I handled the repair (he doesn't consider me mechanical...) Dishwasher works like a charm with the new bearing- and upper dishrack assembly ( unknown to us the sprayer line on old rack had corroded through). 

Put them on 

Bought a new bottom rack. A little pricey but solved the problem. 

Ordered new rack for my older model Kitchen Aid. 

Removed from box, snapped the rollers on, placed in dishwasher and placed silverware basket on dish rack. Total time less than 15 min. 

I researched the part number. APP had the part in stock and it cost less than other suppliers I researched. I ordered the part. The part was shipped as promised, arrived very quickly as promised, the part was the right one, and the installation took less than five minutes. I am 100% satisfied with the experience and will purchase from them again. 

Pretty straight-forward other than the 2 racks arrived several days apart & I tried to put the 1st rack in the position of the 2nd rack. One needed some care in removing the stops holding the upper rack into guide; it required some proper application of pressure from a screw driver blade.
